Gegenstand einer Beobachtungsstudie sind insbesondere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, die repräsentativ sind für wichtige HR-Funktionen.
Im Rahmen der Auswertung werden auch bei einer Beobachtungsstudie die neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse berücksichtigt und aktuelle Protokolle einschließlich statistischer Datenanalyse entsprechend den Standardverfahren angewandt.
