How future is evolving and shaping world.

During Industry 4.0, new technologies such as collaborative robots are changing existing forms of work. These technologies offer new opportunities for safety and health at work, but also challenges. To address some of the world's most fundamental technological challenges is shaping digitization.

Pictures of the future.

"Ants have one of the most complex social organizations in the animal kingdom; they live in structured colonies that contain different types of members who perform specific roles. Sound familiar? Deborah M. Gordon explains the way these incredible creatures mate, communicate and source food, shedding light on how their actions can mimic and inform our own behavior."

Work 4.0.

Industrie 4.0 has to do with the digitalization of production. The interlinking of machines and products along all business and value chains is increasing, which leads to more flexible production processes and thus to higher productivity, efficiency and flexibility. In the production environment the trend is moving toward more flexible production, one that allows new types of business models to emerge in production and logistics and makes it possible for optimization potential to be tapped. The key benefit of Industrie 4.0 is the greater customization of products in the context of individualized mass production.

With "Industry 4.0 as basis and impetus", the future world of work will be more digital, more flexible and more networked. This development falls under the umbrella term "Work 4.0". "Work 4.0" is characterised by new forms of work, new working conditions, technological developments from Industry 4.0, and increased networking. These far-reaching changes hold both opportunities and risks for workers, which we have already manage today and not until in the future.
